Delete your account

You can delete your Vaultie account and its data at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app.

In the app (recommended)

  1. Open Vaultie and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again — Apple requires a recent sign-in before an account can be deleted.

If you no longer have the app

Email support@vaultieapp.com from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm once it is done, normally within 30 days.

We use the sending address to verify the request, so please write from the account's own email address.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and email address — removed from Firebase Authentication. This is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Your subscriptions, payments and settings — these are stored only on your device, and are removed when you delete the app.
  • Bank data — we never store your transactions. Processing happens transiently on our server and nothing is kept.

Two things to do separately

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — only Apple can do that. Go to App Store settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Revoke bank access. If you connected a bank, you can withdraw that consent at any time through your own bank's app or website.

Savo Vaultie paskyrą ir jos duomenis gali ištrinti bet kada. Greičiausias būdas — pačioje programoje.

Programoje (rekomenduojama)

  1. Atidaryk Vaultie ir eik į Nustatymus.
  2. Paspausk Ištrinti paskyrą.
  3. Patvirtink. Gali tekti prisijungti iš naujo — „Apple“ reikalauja neseno prisijungimo prieš trinant paskyrą.

Jei programos nebeturi

Parašyk adresu support@vaultieapp.com iš to el. pašto, su kuriuo registravaisi, ir paprašyk ištrinti paskyrą. Patvirtinsime, kai bus padaryta — paprastai per 30 dienų.

Siuntėjo adresu patikriname, kad prašymas tikras, todėl rašyk iš pačios paskyros el. pašto.

Kas ištrinama

  • Paskyra ir el. pašto adresas — pašalinami iš Firebase Authentication. Tai negrįžtama.
  • Prenumeratos, mokėjimai ir nustatymai — jie saugomi tik tavo įrenginyje ir pašalinami išdiegus programą.
  • Banko duomenys — tavo operacijų nesaugome. Jos apdorojamos laikinai serveryje ir niekas neišlieka.

Du dalykai, kuriuos reikia padaryti atskirai

Pirma atšauk prenumeratą. Paskyros ištrynimas neatšaukia „App Store“ prenumeratos — tai gali padaryti tik „Apple“. Eik į „App Store“ nustatymus → savo vardas → Prenumeratos.

Atšauk banko prieigą. Jei buvai prijungęs banką, sutikimą gali atšaukti bet kada savo banko programėlėje ar svetainėje.
